Terms and Conditions

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your online purchase. We understand that for any reason, the item does not suit you, or you change your mind, or the item purchased is the wrong size we’ll gladly accept a return of any full priced item for a store credit under the below conditions. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, any items returned after 14 days of purchase will not be accepted.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

Returns will only be accepted if the item/items are returned in clean condition with tags, unworn, , unwashed.

Must not have any dirty marks, make-up or tan marks.

Must not smell of perfume, deodorant, cosmetics or washing powder.

The item must be in the same condition as received and should be in a fully re-sellable condition

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service, postage must be covered by the buyer to send the item back to us.

We do not hold items for exchange while your returned item is being sent back.

It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to insure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.

We also do not accept returns of any FINAL sale items and GIFT CARDS. Final Sale items are all items marked down on the sale section of our website. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL, THERE IS NO EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS except if the Item is faulty or defective.

Once your item has been returned and meets requirements we will issue your Gift Card via email and send you an email to let you know your return has been processed. Due to the popularity of our ranges, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size or the item you desire in stock.

Received an incorrect item or Faulty Item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If that’s the case please email us on info@simplyboho.com.au

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Once your return is received processing time can take 2-3 business days.
